Arimaguchi Station is the starting station for the Sanda Line, but all trains that enter this station run south of Tanigami, and the majority of trains departing from and arriving at Arima Onsen turn back towards Arima Onsen at Arimaguchi, so the section between Shinkaichi and Sanda is the main line.
